Monofilament yarn is extruded and wound on our own lines from clean, pollution-free raw materials.
Yarn is twisted or braided into twine of the required size, from 210D/2PLY up to 360PLY.
Netting machines knot the twine into single knot (S/K) or double knot (D/K) nets, in the mesh size and depth you order.
Nets are stretched lengthways or depthways on our stretching machines so knots stay firm and meshes keep their size.
Finished nets are checked and packed in bales, coils, reels, hanks or bundles, ready for export.
